We are looking for a developer who has a natural inkling to build business applications and interesting apps in order to improve our development model. You want to excel at software development and building amazing services for people.
 

Our ideal candidate:

Enjoys coding by hand as well as using frameworks; has worked with cross-disciplinary teams and enjoyed it; is full of ideas.

Must have skills:

  • HTML5

  • SASS

  • JavaScript

  • Bootstrap

  • CSS3

  • Proficient understanding of web markup.

  • Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS.

  • Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery.

  • Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX.

  • Basic knowledge of image authoring tools, to be able to crop, resize, or perform small adjustments on an image. Familiarity with tools such as Gimp or Photoshop is a plus.

  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git / Mercurial / SVN.

Nice to have:

  • BackboneJS

  • Python

  • Contributions to Open Source projects
     

  • GitHub user, with projects (Or any public VCS)

  • Unix/Linux platform knowledge

  • Basic Odoo knowledge

  • Docker

Responsabilities:

  • You develop apps/scripts/features that your team needs and users enjoy.

  • You work on a certain framework or existing apps.

  • You bring quality and real value to the projects you are involved in.

  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

  • Build reusable code and libraries for future use.

  • Develop new user-facing features.
