Project Manager

We are looking for a PM to join us at the Vauxoo headquarters. The team is responsible for implementation projects and for helping Vauxoo customers with their use of Odoo business apps.

Belonging to the Professional Services (PS) department, our Functional team is mainly responsible for implementing our software solution to our customer's business. You'll work on a dozen different projects at the same time. You won't have time to get bored as each project is different, depending on the type of industry your client works in or the type of apps that need to be implemented.

We have two types of project implementation at Vauxoo: Quickstart (multiple) and Development (unique). Moreover, you'll help our support team once a week,... needless to say that your everyday tasks will be varied. This is a great way to gain varied experiences and skills.


What does it mean an implementation?

  • Gain the trust of your customers

  • Analyze the project requirements and suggest solutions

  • Implement the agreed solutions (configuration & development)

  • Make your customer an Odoo champion (training)

  • Follow the project and communicate about its status and the ongoing tasks


What does it mean support activities?

  • Advice and help our customers already in production

  • Give quality answers to various topics

  • Solve issues as fast as possible


You will quickly be involved in some of your colleagues’ project as a first step, and then you will progressively be responsible of your own ones. You will work with the help of your colleagues but in total autonomy which is an opportunity for you to learn fast.


Responsabilidades

Project Management (80%):

  1. Organize and follow up Odoo implementations

  2. Analyze customer needs

  3. Help with the configuration of the software

  4. Deliver functional training sessions (prepare materials)

  5. Negotiate the required resources

  6. Follow and check the development part

Support (20%):

  1. Take part in the first line support

Requerido

  • Ability to understand business processes

  • Fluent in English

  • Communicator and negotiator

  • Affinity with the IT world

Nice to have

  • Knowledge in accounting and/or Supply Chain Management

  • Autonomous, Assertive & Proactive

  • 2 or 3 years of experience

A day at Vauxoo

 We will make your Mondays less painful and your Fridays more rewarding. A typical day may consist of working for a client or internal project while creating high quality developments, testing it and integrating with other Vauxoo’s apps . You will work closely with a team leader and occasionally with the customer. Some days you can wake up and start to work from your bedroom (after a good protein breakfast of course), other days you can come to the office,  have a lunch with your partners.
